🔑 CFX.re License Legal Guarantee

We declare that all Script Licenses offered and sold in this marketplace are legally purchased keys (with original proof of purchase) and are resold via the single-transfer process permitted by the Cfx.re Keymaster system.

• The seller guarantees full ownership and the legality of the license's original purchase at the time of transfer.

• The buyer is responsible for providing the correct Keymaster ID for the transfer and for complying with the FiveM and Rockstar Games Terms of Service regarding monetization and the use of third-party scripts.

📜 Legal Notes and Liability

1. The sale of a CFX.re License is a transfer of ownership of a registered digital asset (License to Use). It does not entail the transfer of copyright or the script's source code, which remains the property of the original creator.

2. The license purchase does not include technical support, installation, or configuration of the script. For technical assistance with the resource, the buyer must contact the original creator (if provided).

3. Once the license has been successfully transferred to the buyer's Keymaster, no refunds will be provided.

4. We are not affiliated with Cfx.re (FiveM) or Rockstar Games. The use of the license and the server must comply with FiveM's policies. We decline all liability for sanctions (e.g., license or server bans) due to violations committed by the buyer.
